A Dream is Born!
In the summer of 2021 Bill and Debbie sold their home in Southern California, downsized 30 plus years of personal possessions into one 8x16 POD, bought an RV and headed out on the road looking for their next adventure and in search of their new homestead.
We very quickly learned to avoid the standard, crowded RV parks choosing instead one off and unique places to stay including small city parks, unique private property locations like a chicken farm in Idaho, a museum of Americana, an apple orchard, and boondocking from the badlands of South Dakota to the deserts of New Mexico!
We knew we found our new homestead as soon as we saw it! Even better, it came with the perfect location for a small, boutique RV park.
Located on 15 rolling acres in Spring City, in the beautiful Ten Mile Lake area of South Eastern, Tennessee. Just a short walk from the lake, and within easy access of some of the best fishing, hunting, kayaking, boating and hiking in the South East.
